Cast-iron turbo manifold for NA / NB / NBFL engines. The manifold is part of all our turbo kits and we trust it in our racing cars and the converted private vehicles of our employees. Here we were able to extensively test the manifold and detect and eliminate possible flaws.
The mainfolds for EFR/Garrett (T25) have holes with M8 thread for the studs to the turbocharger. The manifolds for TD04 have holes with M10 thread for the studs to the turbocharger.

Inconel stud M8 for turbocharger and downpipe

High temperature M8 stud, ideally suited for fastening the turbocharger to the manifold and the turbo elbow to the turbocharger. The studs are an integral part of our turbo kits and are used successfully on the road as well as on the racetrack. They are characterized by the fact that they are extremely temperature-resistant and therefore do not lengthen due to temperature changes, which can loosen the screw connection.
By using it on the racetrack, we can prove that the stud bolts can withstand extreme stress.

Nord-Lock washer

Nord-Lock washer, perfectly suitable for additional screw locking for screw connections on the turbocharger and turbo elbow. Through their locking teeth on both sides, the washers offer the best possible protection against loosening of copper nuts on the turbo, which can be caused by temperature changes.
