Attention! This oil pump is NOT compatible with the MX-5 NA 1.6 1989-1992 with Short Nose Crankshaft!
Stage 2 pumps increase the overall flow by milling a deeper recess in the oil pump and installing larger gears in them. This increases the pumping force, the oil pressure in the middle speed range and the possible power consumption of the oil pump gears.
We also use Boundary pumps in our private cars as well as in our racing cars. In this way we could extensively test them on racetrack and road to make sure we offer you a top product.

- Larger gears, which are built into the oil pump and ensure compatibility with VVT
- The pump is adjusted to increase the maximum hot pressure from 60 PSI to 70 PSI
