Hardened inlet valve suitable for MX-5 NA/NB/NBFL B6 engines (1.6 liters). The inlet valves are hardened by nitriding and, in performance-enhanced engines, are significantly more stable than the standard inlet valves. In motorsport we have had the experience that the series valves tend to hammer their way into the head and become leaky as a result. Due to the nitriding, this is not the case with these inlet valves.
We ourselves use the inlet valves in various racing cars and in all our turbo engines of the MX-5 NA/NB/NBFL 1.6 liters.
The article describes ONE inlet valve, so in order to equip a cylinder head with new valves, article quantity "8" must be selected.
