1,6 NA engine for building a natural aspirated car. By choosing the right components you can reach up to 135 HP. For consultation to choose the right components do not hesitate to contact us. When you buy the engine the engine is going to be delivered by carrier to you home or you can pick it up at our shop. Building the engine includes the following steps:
Engineblock:
- Engineblock drilled and fine honed
- Crankshaft aligned, heaved and fine polished
- Engine block sealings installing
Cylinder head:
- Cylinder head dismantle
- Cylinder head leveled
- Grind valves new
- valve seats milled
- Valves fitted
- Adjust valves clearance
In the interior if the engine we fit the following parts:
- ACL main bearings
- ACL connection rod bearings
- Continental timing belt kit
- Waterpump
- Spark plugs NGK BKR7EIX
- Wössner piston kit 79mm 11,1:1
- Skidnation reroute kit
- Camshafts 1,6 NA natural aspired Stage 1
- Cometic head gasket 80mm 0,40
- Thrust bearings
- All timing belt covers
- Both heater hoses
In addition to those parts you get a complete Mazda original sealing kit for the engine. This includes the following parts:
- 16 valve seals
- 1 cylinder head cover gasket
- 1 cylinder head gasket
- 1 intake manifold gasket
- 1 exhaust manifold gasket
- 1 thermostat sealing in the back of the cylinder head
- Both oil pan sealings
- All sealings for timing belt covers
- 1 sealing crankshaft front
- 2 sealings camshaft
- 1 sealing crankshaft rear
- 1 sealing for oilpump
- 1 sealing for waterpump to engine block
- 1 sealing for waterpump to side noozle
- 1 O-ring on the side of the engine for water bypass
Engines are traded on exchange. It is possible, to buy the engine as a do it yourself package, so you get all the parts you need to build the engine on your own. In this case, you have to get all the work on cylinderhead and engine block done by an professional engine builder.
