Engine 1,8 NA natural aspirated Stage 1

1,8 NA engine for building a natural aspirated engine. By choosing the right components you can reach up to 170 HP. For consultation to choose the right components do not hesitate to contact us. When you buy the engine the engine is going to be delivered by carrier to you home or you can pick it up at our shop. Building the engine includes the following steps:

Engineblock:

• Engineblock drilled and fine honed
• Crankshaft aligned, heaved and fine polished
• Engine block sealings installing

Cylinder head:

• Cylinder head dismantle
• Cylinder head leveled
• Grind valves new
• valve seats milled
• Valves fitted
• Adjust valves clearance

In the interior if the engine we fit the following parts:

• ACL main bearings
• ACL connection rod bearings
• Continental timing belt kit
• Waterpump
• Spark plugs NGK BKR7EIX
• Wössner piston kit 85mm 12:1
• Skidnation reroute kit
• Camshaft 1,8 NA Stage 1
• Cometic head gasket 85mm 0,40
• Thrust bearings
• All timing belt covers
• Both heater hoses

In addition to those parts you get a complete Mazda original sealing kit for the engine. This includes the following parts:

• 16 valve seals
• 1 valve cover gasket
• Both sealings for oil pan
• All sealings for timing belt cover
• 1 sealing for crankshaft front
• 2 sealings for camshafts
• 1 sealing for crankshaft rear
• 1 intake manifold gasket
• 1 exhaust manifold gasket
• 1 O-ring waterpump
• 1 sealing for water pump to engine block
• 1 sealing water pump to noozle on the side
• 1 gasket for thermostat
• 1 o-ring behind camshaft

Engines are traded on exchange. It is possible, to buy the engine as a do it yourself package, so you get all the parts ou need to build the engine on your own. In this case, you have to get all the work on cylinderhead and engine block done by an professional engine builder.
