A ECE-R90 brake testing is in preparation right now and should be completed by the beginning of 2023. From this time the brake discs are considered as OEM replacement and there is no TÜV registration necessary.

DBA brake disc suitable for the rear axle of the MX-5 NBFL with sportive brake system (disc diameter 276mm). The 4000 Series (T3) is characterized by a more aggressive pedal feel with a very high braking effect. "Kangaroo Paw" internal ventilation is used at DBA for internally ventilated brake discs. This is characterized by an extremely large surface of the internal ventilation, which achieves a high cooling effect. Any overheating of the brake disc is immediately noticeable through the heat paint markings, which means that overheating of the brake can be avoided.Thanks to the double-slot design, there is no need for different brake discs for the left and right.
