Injector inspection

Professional injector cleaning and inspection by our partner GH-Automotive. Through years of cooperation, we only trust GH-Automotive for our own injectors, which is why we now also offer the inspection and cleaning of the injectors separately. Of course, this does not necessarily have to be our in-house injectors. The inspection includes the following working points:

• Adaptation of the injector test stand to the delivered injector
• Injector leak test before and after cleaning
• Spray pattern check / test run on the test bench before and after cleaning
• flow rate verification
• Cleaning of the injectiors in the ultrasonic bath

The price refers to the cleaning and inspection of one injector. Depending on the quantity to be inspected, the number of items must be adjusted. In addition, the injectors must be sent to us at your own expense so that we can initiate the inspection and cleaning of your injectors.
