Enginepart package 1,8 NC natural aspired Stage 2

1,8 NC enginepart package for building a natural aspired car. We recommend this engine for those, who drive 70% on the street and 30% on track. The package contains all the parts used in our Engine 1,8 NC natural aspired Stage 2.  Building the engine includes the following steps, which should be done by a professional engine builder:

Engineblock:

• Engineblock drilled an fine honed
• Crankshaft aligned, heaved and fine polished
• Engine block sealing installing

Cylinder head:

• Cylinder head dismantle
• Cylinder head leveled
• Grind valves new
• Valve seats milled
• Valves fitted
• Adjust valve clearance

The kit contains the following parts:

• K1 connection rods
• ACL main bearings
• ACL connection rod bearings
• Wiseco piston kit 83,5mm 12,5:1
• Mazda Original timing chain set
• Spark plugs ITV22
• Mazda Original oil pump
• Camshaft set NC 1,8 natural aspired Stage 2

In addition to those parts you get a complete Mazda original sealing kit for the engine. This includes the following parts:

• 16 valve seals
• 1 sealing flange on engine block
• 1 gasket cylinder head cover
