6-speed dogbox transmission fitting Mazda MX-5 ND. The gearbox will be rebuild from scratch in your OEM case, gets fresh bearings and sealings. In addition it will get a dog-engagement as well as straight cut gears. This makes it possible to shift even on high rpm´s, where the casual gearbox will not be able to synchronize and you will not be able to put the next gear in.
Also the gearbox is built very robust, so torque of up to 450Nm will not be an issue anymore.
The gearbox is offered in two different versions, one with the OEM ratio, and one with a shortened ratio, to lessen the rpm drops while shifting in relation the final drive you´re using. The gear ratios of the shortened version are as following:
1st gear: 2.400
2nd gear: 1.840
3rd gear: 1.482
4th gear: 1.260
5th gear: 1.104
6th gear: 1.000
The transmissions are dealt as an exchange, so we are going to need you transmission in exchange for your new dogbox.
