Performance parts package 1.6 NA SG180

This is our ultimate naturally aspirated performance package. With 180 HP from a fully rebuilt high-compression engine paired with our individual throttle body system, this is the top of the NA food chain. Developed on the racetrack, refined for the street — uncompromising in quality, performance, and drivability.

Two Options – Parts Package or Full Installation

You can choose between two configurations:

• Parts Package (without installation): You receive all components for self-installation. ECU tuning, dyno protocol, and TÜV registration are not included.
• Full Installation (with tuning & registration): All components are professionally installed at SPS Motorsport. The ECU is then individually calibrated on our in-house dyno and on the road — including dyno protocol. Finally, the entire conversion is inspected and officially registered at our facility. Registration is included in the price.

Included services with full installation:

• Full engine rebuild according to our Stage 2 NA engine spec

Power Increase – Up to 180 HP

This setup represents the absolute peak of naturally aspirated tuning for the 1.6 engine. The fully rebuilt engine features custom pistons, reinforced bearings, a reworked cylinder head, and a high-revving valvetrain. Combined with ITBs and a standalone ECU, it delivers razor-sharp throttle response, motorsport-grade acoustics, and relentless top-end power — all while remaining road legal and TÜV-approved.

Exhaust System Requirement

⚠️ Full power is only achieved when paired with an exhaust system featuring a minimum pipe diameter of 55 mm. We recommend our Group A exhaust system, which can be added as an accessory during checkout. Without it, the full performance potential will not be reached.
