Racing Beat's REV 30 Rotor Muffler - a Mazda Furai-inspired rotor-shaped universal muffler for use with your custom exhaust system. The Racing Beat designed REV25 muffler is produced entirely from stainless steel 304-stainless steel materials and features an inlet/outlet sleeve (3" ID) suitable for use with 3" OD tubing or exhaust tips. (We also offer a 2.5" OD muffler for non-turbo applications.)

Initially designed by Jim Mederer, Racing Beat's chief engineer, specifically for use on the Mazda Furai concept project, the REV30 muffler can be used for almost any custom exhaust project. The overall length of the canister is 13" L and 7.25" Wide/High. The internal core of the REV30 features a stainless-steel perforated tube, surrounded by tightly packed ceramic wool material. This high temperature ceramic wool provides superior sound suppression. Each outlet tube measures 3" OD and are approximately 1.75" and 2" in length. This muffler can be fitted with the Racing Beat 3" Inlet Universal Tip.

We strongly suggest you incorporate a rotary-specific presilencer unit in your custom exhaust system to further reduce the exhaust tone produced by the rotary engine.

Racing Beat offers our 3-inch ID Power Pulse Presilencer for use in the design and manufacture of a custom exhaust system for your street or race vehicle. The straight-through design is well-suited for the demands of high-power turbo applications, the oval-shaped 3-inch ID presilencer can be adapted to fit into tight spaces under your car. Manufactured using 304 stainless steel inside and out, this presilencer unit offers sound reducing performance at a very reasonable price! The size of this presilencer is: 7.25" Wide x 4.875" High x 15.75" Long.
