Product information "SPS Superchargerkit NB 1.6"

All products, as well as the Superchargerkit offered here, are developed by SPS Motorsport on the racetrack, adapted to the road and constantly improved. We place utmost importance on the quality of the installed parts and their function.

Development
All Supercharger kits are configured and packed in our house. We use all products in our vehicles.
It was important to us in the development of the Supercharger kits that on the one hand they meet the requirements of our customers, the power development and the optics in the engine compartment are as close to the production as possible.
We use the best components of the scene in our eyes.
The kit comes complete including matching basemap. The kit is not suitable for vehicles with air conditioning. For in house builds we offer special conversions for vehicles with air conditioning, where the piping is built directly on the vehicle.

The versions without power steering can be used equally for vehicles that were not supplied with power steering as standard, as well as for vehicles in which the power steering was subsequently removed.

Upgrade
All of our Supercharger kits are designed to be easily upgradeable. Of course, we provide the necessary support with a corresponding upgrade and will gladly advise you.

Engine control unit
We recommend an MS3 Mini for street cars, for a vehicle that is to be moved on the race track we recommend a Basic MS3. Aftermarket immobilizers can still be used.

For other exhaust systems please contact us in advance via email, so we can check first whether a TÜV registration is possible.

Clutch kit suitable for 1.6 NA / NB / NBFL with performance increase. The clutches are designed in 3 stages to make it easier for you to choose the right clutch for your vehicle. The different stages are intended for the following uses: Stage 1: Organic clutch disc with reinforced pressure plate for use in turbo conversions on stock engines (up to 250hp) and all types of natural aspired engines, not suitable for race use on slicks Stage 2: Multi segment ceramic clutch disc with reinforced pressure plate for use in turbo conversions with forged engines up to 1.3 bar boost pressure (350 hp). Clutch engagement is more agressive and ruff. Cooling package suitable for Mazda MX-5 NB/NBFL 1.6 liter engine from SPS Motorsport. The cooling package contains a SPS radiator and a SPS Motorsport oil cooler kit suitable for 1.6 liter engines. No matter whether you like to move your vehicle quickly on the road, like to drive track days or races, or just want to be prepared for the hot summer. With our cooling package you are on the safe side to prevent cooling problems with cooling water and engine oil! Exhaust manifold incl. catalytic converter MX-5 1.6L NB

We finally have our own manifolds! You get a complete stainless steel manifold kit including 400 cells catalytic converter suitable for the 1.6L MX-5 NB. The kit can be registered with any TÜV inspector with our appropriate parts certificate. So you get a completely legal solution to give your exhaust system the finishing touch! The parts certificate also covers our exhaust manifold with catalytic converter in combination with the SPS Motorsport Group A exhaust system. A separate test including noise measurement during TÜV registration is required for use with other exhaust systems. The manifold & catalytic converter combination is directly suitable for your OEM or Friedrich Motorsport cat-back exhaust system.
