The Xida coilovers are uncompromising motorsport dampers that at the same time offer remarkable street usability. They are manufactured exclusively by Tractive Suspension (Netherlands) and equipped with Eibach springs. Depending on the intended use, four versions are available:
- Street – for comfort-oriented street driving
- Club – for track days and autocross, incl. dual spring system
- Pro – for track days, autocross and Nürburgring Nordschleife, incl. dual spring system and BCMs
- Pro+ – for circuit racing and Nordschleife, maximum performance with dual spring system and BCMs
Dual Spring System
Included in Club, Pro and Pro+. The dual spring system with Torrington bearings and spring couplers allows full use of the long damper stroke.
- A short main spring combined with a flat-wire helper spring is lighter and more compact than a long single spring.
- At full extension, a lower spring rate is beneficial since wheel load is minimal.
- Result: progressive spring rate, improved tire contact and greater stability.
BCMs (Bearing Coaxial Mounts)
Included. Advantages:
- Reduced side loads on the damper shaft → less friction and heat, longer seal life.
- Spring remains straight during compression → consistent spring rate, no “banana effect.”
