In cooperation with ARP Studs, we manufactured our own studs for the cylinder head. With the standard studs from ARP, the cylinder head can rise from 1.5 bar boost pressure, which is why we now use these head studs in all Stage 3 turbo engines. The studs are specially made to withstand even the highest combustion chamber pressures. Tried and tested by us in motorsport, we fully support the product and can therefore guarantee that it functions perfectly.
The studs are made of ARP's proven Custom Age 625+ material, which guarantees stability in the most extreme situations. The tightening torque is 115Nm. The thread for the side of the engine block is M11x1.5, the side for the head/nut is 7/16-20 UNJF.
