ARP main bolt kits are made from 8740 chromoly steel and have a tensile strength of 190,000 psi. They are manufactured with high precision and rolled according to Mil-S-8879 with thread. For corrosion resistance, they are oxidized black. The kits come complete with hardened washers and high strength hex nuts.
