AST weld-in roll cage for self-welding with 8 attachment points on the body suitable for MX-5 NA. With 3D laser-scanned bodies, AST enables roll cages that fit perfectly into your vehicle. For assembly, the 6 mounting plates must be welded in the vehicle. In addition, gusset plates are supplied, which are welded to the A-pillar. The main bar is made of 45mm E355 steel, the rest of the cage is made of 40mm E355 steel. The cage comes as a kit to weld yourself and is unpainted. The cages offered in the soft top version are not compatible with the installation of a hard top. Hardtop variants are compatible with a softtop roof, but in this case they do not extend all the way to the edge of the softtop.
