Performance Parts Package 1.6 NA SG125

This performance package was developed by SPS Motorsport on the racetrack, adapted for street use, and continuously refined. All components are engineered in-house and used in our own race cars — delivering maximum efficiency, uncompromising quality, and a clean, OEM-like engine bay appearance.

Two Options – Parts Package or Full Installation

You can choose between two configurations:

• Parts Package (without installation): You receive the SPS header kit for self-installation. Ignition adjustment, dyno run, and TÜV registration are not included.
• Full Installation (with tuning & registration): The kit is professionally installed at SPS Motorsport. The ignition is set to 14° BTDC, followed by a dyno run on our in-house test bench — including a performance protocol. Finally, the entire conversion is inspected and officially registered at our facility. Registration is included in the price.

Power Increase – Depends on Base Engine

• For 1.6 with 115 HP: Power increases to approx. 125 HP, with noticeably improved throttle response and freer torque delivery.
• For 1.6 with 90 HP: Power increases to approx. 107 HP, around 15% less than the 115 HP base. Still delivers significantly more rev-happiness and a sportier exhaust note.

Exhaust System Requirement

⚠️ Full power is only achieved when paired with an exhaust system featuring a minimum pipe diameter of 55 mm. We recommend our Group A exhaust system, which can be added as an accessory during checkout. Without it, the full performance potential will not be reached.
