Performance parts package 1.8 NA SG140

This performance package was developed by SPS Motorsport on the racetrack, adapted for street use, and continuously refined. All components are engineered in-house and used in our own race cars - delivering maximum efficiency, uncompromising quality, and a clean, OEM-like engine bay appearance.

Two Options - Parts Package or Full Installation

You can choose between two configurations:

• Parts Package (without installation): You receive the SPS header kit for self-installation. Ignition adjustment, dyno run, and TÜV registration are not included.
• Full Installation (with tuning & registration): The kit is professionally installed at SPS Motorsport. The ignition is set to 14° BTDC, followed by a dyno run on our in-house test bench - including a performance protocol. Finally, the entire conversion is inspected and officially registered at our facility. Registration is included in the price.

Power Increase - Up to 140 HP

This setup delivers a noticeable increase in throttle response, torque, and sound. The SPS header improves exhaust flow and overall engine efficiency — ideal for spirited street driving and track use.

Exhaust System Requirement

⚠️ Full power is only achieved when paired with an exhaust system featuring a minimum pipe diameter of 55 mm. We recommend our Group A exhaust system, which can be added as an accessory during checkout. Without it, the full performance potential will not be reached.
