This package marks your entry into the world of turbocharging at SPS Motorsport. With up to 250 HP, the Garrett GBC20-300 turbo system delivers serious performance while maintaining everyday drivability. Developed on the racetrack, refined for the street — this setup combines power, reliability, and TÜV compliance.
Two Options – Parts Package or Full Installation
You can choose between two configurations:
- Parts Package (without installation): You receive all components for self-installation. ECU tuning, dyno protocol, and TÜV registration are not included.
- Full Installation (with tuning & registration): All components are professionally installed at SPS Motorsport. The ECU is then individually calibrated on our in-house dyno and on the road — including dyno protocol. Finally, the entire conversion is inspected and officially registered at our facility. Registration is included in the price.
Included services with full installation:
- Installation of the Garrett GBC20-300 turbo system
- Installation of the high-flow sports catalytic converter
- Installation and bleeding of the SPS aluminum radiator
- Installation of the SPS oil cooler kit
- Installation of the reinforced clutch
- Installation of the standalone ECU incl. wideband lambda sensor
- Installation of spark plugs
- Oil change to Motalin 10W-60 HP Racing incl. new oil filter
- ECU calibration on dyno and road
- Dyno run incl. performance protocol
- TÜV registration at SPS Motorsport
Power Increase – Up to 250 HP
This setup delivers a wide usable powerband, strong midrange torque, and sharp throttle response. Ideal for drivers seeking maximum performance with full street legality and TÜV approval.
Exhaust System Requirement
⚠️ Full power is only achieved when paired with an exhaust system featuring a minimum pipe diameter of 55 mm. We recommend our Group A or 3-inch exhaust system, which can be added as an accessory during checkout. Without it, the full performance potential will not be reached.
