Racing Beat's Road Race Stainless Steel Y-Pipe is intended to bolt-up to the dual outlet of the Road Race Presilencer unit.
This Y-pipe section incorporates the factory hanger positions and comes complete with outlet gasket and (4) mounting bolts/nuts. This unit weighs 13 lbs and is approximately 29" in length.
Note: This Road Race Y-Pipe is intended to bolt-up to the Road Race Extension Tubes (PN 16412), OR the Racing Beat Road Race Mufflers (PN 16438 & 16439).

This OEM style hanger is a direct replacement for the hanger found on the rear muffler hangers and the front of the y-pipe section.
1. Two (2) rubber hangers are required for the rear of each muffler.
2. Two (2) rubber hangers are required for the front of the Y-pipe section.

1. One (1) rubber hanger per muffler is required for the presilencer.
*Note: 1991-92 automatic transmission cars require a different hanger that can be special ordered through Racing Beat, or obtained through your local Mazda dealer.

Racing Beat's Road Race Y-Pipe Extension Tubes (sold as a pair) are intended to bolt-up to the dual outlet of the Road Race Y-Pipe unit to allow connection of either the stock mufflers or the Racing Beat Power Pulse mufflers.
If you are considering replacing your entire exhaust system and converting to the dual-primary Road Race System, we offer replacement Road Race mufflers that will bolt-up directly to the outlet of the Road Race Y-Pipe section - which does not require the use of these extension tubes

Road Race Muffler - Right 86-92 RX-7

Racing Beat's Road Race mufflers for the 1986-92 RX-7 are intended to bolt-up to the outlets of the Road Race Y-Pipe section only, and are not compatible with the stock y-pipe section. These mufflers can be ordered separately for use in custom applications.
With over 25 years of exhaust system production experience, Racing Beat has the ability to match the correct internal muffler canister design to the engine's exhaust output to provide the optimum combination of sound and performance.
This muffler canister is manufactured using 304-stainless steel and features a 2-inch diameter straight-through design for maximum performance gains. Finished with a 3.5-inch polished 304 stainless steel tip, this muffler sounds as good as it looks! This bolt-on can be ordered separately or with the Left Muffler. All stock hanger positions are retained.
The gasket and attachement hardware for this muffler is included with the Road Race Y-Pipe component, if needed, these components are available seperately.

Road Race Presilencer - Stainless Steel 86-92 RX-7

Racing Beat's Road Race Stainless Steel Presilencer for the 1986-92 RX-7 is intended to bolt-up to the dual outlet of the Road Race RX-7 Header. This fully stainless steel presilencer has been especially designed to function with the Road Race header to offer a "true" dual primary exhaust system for the 1986-92 RX-7. The outlet end of this RX-7 presilencer section is intended to bolt-up to the inlet of the Road Race Y-pipe section.
This Presilencer unit is equipped with dual stainless steel 2" OD tubes, presilencer canister, mounting hangers, and attachment flanges. This unit incorporates the factory hanger positions and comes complete with outlet gasket and (6) mounting bolts/nuts. This unit weighs 24 lbs and is approximately 34" in length.
