Our Coolerworx Shifter X-Clutch Kit provides the basis for your MX-5 to shift reliably and precisely in order to get the most out of every moment on the racetrack.
Xtreme Clutch Stage 2: This clutch impresses with its maximum power transmission and extreme resilience, which enables seamless and efficient power transmission even under the toughest conditions.
Coolerworx Shortshifter Thermoplastic: With precise and short shifting distances, every shift is an experience. The Coolerworx Shortshifter ensures a direct and responsive shifting feel, which is essential for fast lap times. Thanks to the thermo-neutral shift knob, it does not heat up when exposed to constant noise on the race track.
The interaction of these components guarantees an outstanding driving experience in which the shifting feel and control of the clutch mesh harmoniously for an incomparable racetrack experience.

Roadster Challenge Club NA
All classes are regulated by power-to-weight ratio, individually defined
for all generations: NA, NB, NBFL, NC, ND, and the 124 Spider. In the smallest
class, NA, NB, and NBFL models run at approximately 200 hp, while NC, ND, and
124 Spider models are limited to around 190 hp. This class is aimed at vehicles
that retain the original MX‑5 character, with modest performance upgrades and a
focus on near‑OEM design.
Roadster Challenge Club 2WD
This class allows vehicles with approximately 250 hp (NA/NB/NBFL) and 230
hp (NC/ND/124 Spider). Cars may run naturally aspirated engines, turbochargers,
or superchargers — as in all classes. More modifications are permitted compared
to Club NA, but the drivetrain must remain rear‑wheel drive.
Roadster Challenge Pro
The second‑highest performance class, also regulated by power-to-weight
ratio. NA/NB/NBFL models may run up to 330 hp, while NC/ND/124 Spider models
are limited to around 310 hp. Forced induction (turbo or supercharger) is
permitted.
Roadster Challenge Extreme
The highest‑performance class. NA/NB/NBFL models may run up to 450 hp, and
NC/ND/124 Spider models up to 420 hp. Forced induction is allowed, and this
class offers the widest range of modification options.
