The SPS Motorsport Drive-by-Wire Throttle Body Adapter for the MX-5 NA/NB 1.8-liter engine is a component for converting older MX-5 generations to Drive-by-Wire.

Compared to the traditional cable-operated throttle body, which can quickly break or lose precision in the high temperatures common on the racetrack, the Drive-by-Wire system offers tangible advantages. There are no mechanical cables that can stretch or wear out. This means that even in extreme heat, your vehicle always maintains control – a decisive safety and performance advantage when it matters.

Please note: The NC throttle body is not included in the kit and must be purchased separately.
