Trackday Chenevieres 21.09.2024
On September 21, 2024, we were back in full force at the AMS Trackday in Chenevieres. In addition to our five vehicles – Nico's Mazda RX-7 FC, our Hawk ND, the yellow Mazda MX-5 NB, our Mazda MX-5 NA (Pamela), and Lennart's Mazda MX-5 NB – around 20 more MX-5s joined us for the event.
Arrival and Preparation
We arrived on Friday evening and spent the night in tents, trailers, and vans – though it was colder than expected. Despite the chilly night, the excitement for the next day remained high. The atmosphere was great, especially with the presence of our customers.
Perfect Conditions and Plenty of Fun
Saturday brought ideal track conditions. The weather was perfect, and the overall vibe was excellent, allowing for many laps to be driven. All of our cars ran smoothly, enabling us to test their full potential. Our customers also enjoyed themselves with their MX-5s, and the variety of different builds and models added extra charm to the event.
Driving Experiences and Progress
Jan was particularly impressed with Nico's RX-7 FC, which he got to drive extensively. By the end of the day, he even counted the RX-7 among his Top 5 favorite cars, which is certainly a high compliment.
Hafi and Guido significantly improved their lap times compared to the last Trackday, proving that regular time on the track pays off. Lukas, experiencing his first Trackday with Pamela, made notable progress throughout the day.
For Lennart, it was also a successful day. His Mazda MX-5 NB ran smoothly without any issues, allowing him to spend the entire day on the track. His lap times also saw a considerable improvement compared to his previous performance.
Inspiring Passion for Trackdays
The large turnout of our customers demonstrated how much fun the Trackday was for everyone involved. For many, it was an excellent opportunity to experience their cars in a safe, controlled environment and to sharpen their driving skills. Trackdays offer a unique chance to truly get to know your car, and the challenge of the track brings out the best in driving enjoyment.

Overall, the Trackday in Chenevieres was a complete success. Our cars ran flawlessly, and both we and our customers had a great time on the track.
