All products, as well as the Turbokit offered here, are developed by SPS Motorsport on the racetrack, adapted to the road and constantly improved. We place utmost importance on the quality of the installed parts and their function.

TÜV registration
CAUTION! The turbo conversion can only be TÜV registered in combination with an OEM exhaust system, our Group A exhaust system or our 3 inch exhaust system! Combinations with other exhaust systems were not taken into account and may not be possible to register. If in doubt, it is best to contact us directly by email to ensure that the registration is possible.

Development
All turbo kits are configured and packed in our house. For which turbocharger you decide is yours. We use all products in our vehicles. All our race cars use components from our turbo kits, or complete kits.
It was important to us in the development of the turbo kits that on the one hand they meet the requirements of our customers, the power development and the optics in the engine compartment are as close to the production as possible. All Turbokits that we can distribute in our house registered and accepted.
We use the best components of the scene in our eyes.
The kit comes complete including matching basemap. The kit is not suitable for vehicles with air conditioning. For in house builds we offer special conversions for vehicles with air conditioning, where the piping is built directly on the vehicle. The downpipe fits directly onto the original exhaust system and is therefore directly equipped with the matching catalytic converter.

Upgrade
All of our turbo kits are designed to be easily upgradeable. Of course, we provide the necessary support with a corresponding upgrade and will gladly advise you.

Upgrade intercooler recommended from 1.3 bar boost pressure. The lowest power displayed is for a stock engine in good condition with additional components (for example a full exhaust system). The highest power displayed is in combination with our complete engines and additional components as well. 

When choosing the future power level, please note the maximum power and torque specifications for the respective gearbox:

  • 5 speed gearbox: max. 250hp & 300Nm
  • 6 speed gearbox: max. 320hp & 400Nm
  • BMW GS6-37BZ conversion: max. 500hp & 600Nm

Please contact us before starting the car, as this control unit has special firmware installed that is not compatible with standard basemaps!

AEM X-Series UEGO wideband Lambda gauge 52mm
The legendary AEM X-Series UEGO Wideband Lambda Display is an additional instrument for reading the Lambda / AFR value of combustion. It combines accuracy, speed and control with an easy-to-read, digital LED display and a LED needle that changes color as the AFR value changes from rich to lean. The display units from the AEM X series are characterized by a particularly large display and an extremely flat design. Thanks to the Bosch LSU 4.9 lambda sensor, the sensor values ​​are recorded extremely quickly and with great precision and displayed on the screen. In independent tests, the AEM 30-300 Lambda indicator has therefore already emerged several times as test winner. What is a wideband lambda sensor?AEM's UEGO wideband lambda displays are powerful, cost-effective tuning tools that allow users to accurately monitor the engine's air / fuel ratio (AFR). Why is a wideband lambda sensor / wideband display necessary?Accurate AFR data is very important when tuning an engine. Fat running (very low air / fuel ratio, excessive fuel) can result in power loss, while too lean operation (very high air / fuel ratio, too little fuel) can cause serious engine damage. By using a wideband lambda sensor with display during the tuning process, you can monitor the AFR value and adjust the tuning parameters to optimize for maximum performance and efficiency. Of course, we also use the lambda sensor in our racing cars, as well as in the remodeled private cars of our employees, in order to gain experience with the product and to help you with possible problems with the best of our knowledge. Xtreme Clutch clutch kit 1,6 NA/NB/NBFL

SPS Motorsport Group A exhaust system NB / NBFL
The Group A exhaust system from SPS Motorsport replaces the original rear silencer and front silencer. The outer diameter of the pipe guide is usually 63.5mm. The systems are constructed according to the absorption principle, that is, lead sieve tubes through the silencer. This results in a lower exhaust back pressure and thus an increase in power and torque.Compared to the standard system creates a duller and more powerful sound. On request, we can also produce exhaust systems with tips that differ from the tips shown above. SPS Radiator MX-5 NB/NBFL
We finally have our own radiators! This radiator is suitable for Mazda MX-5 NB/NBFL. In discreet black, it makes every MX-5 NB/NBFL engine compartment an absolute eye-catcher. Thanks to the high-flow core, we were able to achieve very good cooling results compared to competing products in our intensive tests, in order to ensure that the engine remains cool even under higher loads. We recommend this radiator for 50% road use and up to 50% race track use. The housings of the radiator are fully welded and not jammed like the original radiator. With original radiators, the clamping points tend to leak. The core size is 63.5x32cm. The thickness of the radiator is 5cm. Of course, the radiator is attached to the original points and can therefore be installed plug and play. The original fan shrouds can also be attached plug and play to the welded threaded pieces. The cooler is compatible with all of our conversions. Summarized, we offer a radiator that is compatible for all conversions from our company and is recommended for all vehicles that are not exclusively driven on the racetrack.   In addition to this radiator, we of course also offer the matching fan shroud kit. Before installing, please check whether the lower drain plug is tightened and, if necessary, tighten it carefully.
