All products, as well as the Turbokit offered here, are developed by SPS Motorsport on the racetrack, adapted to the road and constantly improved. We place utmost importance on the quality of the installed parts and their function.

The Turbokit is divided into 3 stages, which differ mainly in the turbochargers included.

Turbocharger

SPS Stage 1 (Pulsar PSR2860 GEN2 T25 0.64AR):

220-250PS

-          Offers old school turbo feeling

-          Perfect for the country road but can also be used on the race track

-          Can be used with the standard engine

SPS Stage 2 (Pulsar PSR5449G T25 IWG 0.72AR):

220-280PS / Billet 280-350PS

-          Offers torque development close to that of a naturally aspirated engine

-          Perfect for the race track thanks to good drivability

-          Can be used with the standard engine or engine conversion

SPS Stage 3 (Pulsar PSR5855G T25 IWG 0.72AR):

250–400PS

-          Perfect for high-horsepower builds

-          A performance engine conversion is recommended

TÜV registration

For other exhaust systems please contact us in advance via email, so we can check first whether a TÜV registration is possible.  The full power (220hp on the 1.6L and 250hp on the 1.8L) can only be TÜV registered in our house. This is due to german regulations, where you can only register such performance enhancements in house of the owner of the according certificate, because the owner of the certificate has to ensure the body stiffness of your car. With the shipped parts certificate you´ll get a performance reduced version of the kit. Here you´ll get registered and mapped to 140hp on 1.6L and 165hp on the 1.8L, therefore you can register it at your TÜV station.

Upgrade
All of our turbo kits are designed to be easily upgradeable. Of course, we provide the necessary support with a corresponding upgrade and will gladly advise you.

This wiring harness is precisely soldered and offers you a plug-and-play solution for those who don’t want to build their own harness for the ECU.

Upgrade intercooler recommended from 1.3 bar boost pressure. The lowest power displayed is for a stock engine in good condition with additional components (for example a full exhaust system). The highest power displayed is in combination with our complete engines and additional components as well. 

When choosing the future power level, please note the maximum power and torque specifications for the respective gearbox:

  • 5 speed gearbox: max. 250hp & 300Nm
  • 6 speed gearbox: max. 320hp & 400Nm
  • BMW GS6-37BZ conversion: max. 500hp & 600Nm 

Development
All turbo kits are configured and packed in our house. For which turbocharger you decide is yours. We use all products in our vehicles. All our race cars use components from our turbo kits, or complete kits.
It was important to us in the development of the turbo kits that on the one hand they meet the requirements of our customers, the power development and the optics in the engine compartment are as close to the production as possible. All Turbokits that we can distribute in our house registered and accepted.
We use the best components of the scene in our eyes.
The kit comes complete including matching basemap. The kit is not suitable for vehicles with air conditioning. For in house builds we offer special conversions for vehicles with air conditioning, where the piping is built directly on the vehicle. The downpipe fits directly onto the original exhaust system and is therefore directly equipped with the matching sports catalytic converter.

According to empirical values, registration amounts to approximately €1000, and the tuning amounts to approximately €1000. Please ask for installation costs via the inquiry form.

Our SPS Motorsport sports exhaust system replaces the original front and rear silencers. The system is available with a 76mm tailpipe. The systems are based on the absorption principle, meaning that perforated tubes run through the silencers. This results in lower exhaust back pressure and thus an increase in power and torque. Xtreme Clutch Clutchkit 1,8 NA/NB/NBFL
Clutch kit suitable for 1.8 NA / NB / NBFL with performance increase. The clutches are designed in 3 stages to make it easier for you to choose the right clutch for your vehicle. The different stages are intended for the following uses: Stage 1: Organic clutch disc with reinforced pressure plate for use in turbo conversions on stock engines (up to 250hp) and all types of natural aspired engines, not suitable for race use on slicks Stage 2: Multi segment ceramic clutch disc with reinforced pressure plate for use in turbo conversions with forged engines up to 1.3 bar boost pressure (350 hp). SPS Radiator MX-5 NA
We finally have our own radiators! This radiator is suitable for Mazda MX-5 NA. In discreet black, it makes every MX-5 NA engine compartment an absolute eye-catcher. Thanks to the high-flow core, we were able to achieve very good cooling results compared to competing products in our intensive tests, in order to ensure that the engine remains cool even under higher loads. We recommend this radiator for 50% road use and up to 50% race track use. The housings of the radiator are fully welded and not jammed like the original radiator. With original radiators, the clamping points tend to leak. The core size is 62.5x32cm. The thickness of the radiator is 6cm. Of course, the radiator is attached to the original points and can therefore be installed plug and play. The original fan shrouds can also be attached plug and play to the welded threaded pieces. The cooler is compatible with all of our conversions. Summarized, we offer a radiator that is compatible for all conversions from our company and is recommended for all vehicles that are not exclusively driven on the racetrack.   In addition to this radiator, we of course also offer the matching fan shroud kit. Before installing, please check whether the lower drain plug is tightened and, if necessary, tighten it carefully. CAUTION! DOES NOT FIT PLUG AND PLAY FOR VEHICLES WITH AIR CONDITIONING! FOR THIS USE YOU WILL HAVE TO USE OUR FAN SHROUD KIT!

Thread machining tap for oil return fitting 3/8" NPT
Thread machining tap suitable for the oil return of our turbo kits in 3/8" NPT. With this tap you can easily drill the thread for the oil return of the turbocharger in the oil pan. Please note that older kits from us had a different oil return where this drill does not fit This tap fits all of our current turbo kits for MX-5 NA/NB/NBFL and NC If you want to buy the oil return after the purchase of your turbokit, please check before you buy whether you have the right oil return.
