Performance Package NC 2.0 TC350

All products, as well as the performance package offered here, are developed by the company SPS Motorsport on the race track, adapted to the road and constantly improved. We attach great importance to the quality of the installed parts and their function.

In our second turbo stage, we install our NC turbo kit on a newly built turbo engine to increase the power to 350 hp. This extensive conversion includes a freshly bored and honed engine with different connecting rods, different pistons and stronger main and connecting rod bearings. The engine, as well as the cylinder head, are completely resealed. The cylinder head is completely reworked with new seals and newly ground valves, among other things. To keep the thermals under control, we have installed our optimized radiator and our oil cooling kit. We also install a stronger clutch for safe power transmission. In addition, the vehicle is oiled to 10W-60 (including a new oil filter). We install all products. The ECU is then set up and tuned on our dyno and on the road (dyno protocol included). In the end, the conversion will be TÜV registered in our house.

Attention, the vehicle is registered and delivered with 220hp. The full power is only released by flipping a switch and is only recommended for the racetrack. Use on the road is not permitted.

Attention, the performance will only be achieved if an exhaust system with a pipe diameter of at least 55mm is installed. We recommend our group A exhaust system for MX-5 NCs. This can simply be booked as an accessory when ordering. Without an appropriate exhaust system, the 350hp cannot be achieved.

 
Development
All performance packages are configured in-house. It is up to you whether you opt for a light naturally aspirated tuning, a individual throttle body conversion or a turbo conversion. We use all products in our vehicles. All of our racing vehicles use components from our performance packages.
When developing the performance packages, it was important to us that, on the one hand, they meet the requirements of our customers, the power delivery and the look in the engine compartment are as close to series as possible.
We use the best components of the scene in our eyes.

 
Upgrade
All of our performance packages are designed in such a way that they can easily be upgraded. Of course, we deliver the necessary support for an appropriate upgrade and would be happy to advise you.
