Connecting rod set suitable for Mazda MX-5 NC 1.8 and 2.0L Duratec for use in performance-enhanced engines.

  • Connecting rod length: 146.25 mm / ≈ 5.75788 in.
  • Material: Forged 4340 EN24 (40CrNiMo) chrome molybdenum steel
  • Weight tolerance: +/- 1 gram
  • Piston pin bore: +-4/1000mm
  • Power: 600HP~800HP per set
  • Tightening torque: 48ft ≈ 65Nm
  • Max.rpm: 9000rpm

Scope of delivery:

  • 4 x steel connecting rods H-shaft format
  • 1 x set of ARP 2000 3/8 screws

 

  • 100% tested and balanced as a set
  • Multiple heat treatments
  • 100% verified by X-rays, ultrasonic waves and Magnaflux
  • Designed and manufactured using state-of-the-art CNC machines.
  • Shot peened for long life and function, even in stressful situations
