The wheel hubs are considered an insider tip in motorsport, as the original Mazda wheel hubs can deform or even break under extremely high temperatures. The result of the deformation is that the brake disc wobbles, which is why the brake pads are pressed outwards and you first have to pump the pads back onto the disc when braking. This problem is already known, especially when using semi-slicks and slicks on the race track. In extreme cases, the wheel hub can even break.

Thanks to the exceptionally stable construction of BroFab, which uses modified BMW E30 wheel bearings with a special adapter as a basis, these problems are a thing of the past and you can easily get everything out of the MX-5 with slicks on the racetrack without having to worry the wheel hub breaks.
