With the new 2015 intercooler series you get a cooling network of the latest generation in the best price-performance ratio. The new competition nets convince with their accurate processing and best cooling effect with extremely low back pressure. While the old bar-and-plate networks have long since been replaced by fin-and-tube networks, the new competition networks are now replacing the previously known fin-and-tube networks.
These ultra-light cooling grids have internal turbulators for the best possible cooling, as well as attached outer slats to optimally utilize the passing wind and offer an ideal ratio in terms of cooling, weight, ruggedness and price. The cast aluminum junction boxes are made of 3mm thick cast aluminum and thus withstand the highest charge pressure. The 2015 model series comes with matt, instead of polished boxes. All intercoolers are pressed to 5bar.
It is the standard intercooler from our turbo kits and has proven successful in our racing cars as well as in the remodeled private cars of our employees. We tested it extensively in our racing cars and private cars.

* The mesh size specified in the name is a comparison to the previously known bar-and-plate LLKs. The new Fin-and-Tube grids have smaller mesh dimensions due to the design, which results in an advantage in terms of weight and response (smaller volume). The effectively smaller fin-and-tube meshes are still comparable to the bar-and-plate size specifications, as this volume difference is more than offset by the better cooling effect. You get a higher performance and a better response with a 1: 1 replacement!
