Product information "Xtreme Clutch Clutch kit MX-5 NC 5 speed"

Clutch kit suitable for MX-5 NC (5 speed) with performance increase. The clutches are designed in 2 stages to make it easier for you to choose the right clutch for your vehicle. The different stages are intended for the following uses:

  • Stage 1: Organic clutch disc with reinforced pressure plate for use in turbo conversions on stock engines (up to 250hp) and all types of natural aspired engines, not suitable for race use on slicks
  • Stage 2: Organic clutch disc with extra reinforced pressure plate for use in turbo conversions with forged engines up to 1.3 bar boost pressure (330 hp). Clutch engagement is more agressive and ruff.

 

For conversions with more power than specified above, we generally recommend the conversion to the 6-speed gearbox of the MX-5 NC with the appropriate clutch.


The scope of delivery includes:

  • clutch disc
  • pressure plate
  • release bearing
  • pilot bearing
  • Centering mandrel for centering the clutch
